This policy explains what information Lucerova ("Lucerova", "we", "us") collects through lucerova.com, our demo line and when you contact us, and how we use it.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, ad pixels or trackers.
- Everything on it, fonts included, loads from our own server.
- We only get what you choose to send us: by email, by phone or by booking a call.
- We never sell your information or share it for targeted advertising.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email or call us, we receive what you share: usually your name, business name, phone number, email and what you need.
- Booking a call. When you book a strategy call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you choose and your answers to a few short questions, and adds the call to our calendar. The booking page is run by that provider, under its own privacy policy and cookie settings.
- Demo calls. Our demo line is answered by an AI receptionist. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and the assistant tells you so at the start of the call. Voice AI and telephony providers handle the call for us. Please don't share sensitive personal information on a test call.
- Basic technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it

- To run, check and improve this website, the demo line and our services.
- To keep the site and our services secure and to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking
lucerova.com doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or other tracking. That's why you don't see a cookie banner. The booking page opens on our scheduling provider's site, which has its own cookie settings. If we ever add analytics or ad measurement, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. We also honor Global Privacy Control and similar browser signals.
Systems we build for clients
When we build or run a system for a business, such as an AI receptionist, a lead system or a dashboard, it may handle that business's customer information, such as callers' names, phone numbers and what they need. We handle that information on the business's behalf and only to run the system. The business decides how it uses those details, so questions about a specific business's use of your information should go to that business.
Systems we build ask for consent before texting a caller, and every text includes a way to opt out.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and our services, such as our web host, email provider, scheduling provider, and voice AI and telephony providers, only as needed for those purposes, or when the law requires it.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, and it has no forms or logins that collect data. We limit access to the information we hold to the people who need it to do their work.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@lucerova.com and we'll reply as soon as we can, and within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Keeping information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Our products
Products we run, such as apps and subscription services, have their own privacy policies, which you'll find inside each product.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
