These terms apply to lucerova.com, operated by Lucerova ("Lucerova", "we", "us"). By using the site or calling our demo line, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This site describes the AI automation systems we build for businesses: AI receptionists, lead follow-up, custom automations, AI websites, dashboards and apps. It is information about our services, not an offer that binds either of us.
Research figures and examples
The numbers in the Results section come from published third-party research, which is named and linked on each card. They describe what other businesses and studies reported. They are not results we produced, and they are not a promise of what your business will see.
Sample calls, sample alerts, the dashboard preview and the "talk to your business" example are illustrations. Features marked "coming soon" or "in development" are not available yet.
No guarantee of results
Every business is different. We don't guarantee any particular number of calls, leads, customers, bookings or revenue.
Projects and services for clients
If your business hires us, the scope, price and terms we agree with you in writing apply in addition to these terms, and they win if the two conflict.
AI systems
- AI, not a person. Our AI receptionists and automations are software, not people. A real person on our team is behind every system we build.
- AI can make mistakes. Speech recognition and AI can mishear or misunderstand. Always check important details before acting on them.
- Not an emergency service. In a fire, a medical emergency, a gas leak or any danger to people or property, call 911 or your local emergency number.
- The demo line is recorded. Calls to our demo line are recorded and transcribed, and the assistant says so at the start of the call. If you don't want to be recorded, please hang up.
Acceptable use
Please don't use the site or the demo line to place abusive, automated or spam calls, to share sensitive personal information, to test or break our security, or to copy the site's content in bulk.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and logo on this site belong to Lucerova. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or republish our content without permission. Names of other companies and research publishers belong to their owners and appear only to credit sources.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sites, such as the research sources on our Results cards. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Our products
Products we run, such as apps and subscription services, have their own terms, which you'll find inside each product. Apps on the App Store are also covered by Apple's terms.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lucerova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the demo line.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
